For those of you who are using widgets in Desire2Learn, I've published some illustrated step-by-step instructions for how to create a homepage in the latest version of Desire2Learn (we are using version 8.3, which I believe is the latest version), and how to add your own widgets to that homepage.
I've also published some notes about changing the appearance of a widget by using inline styling. If you are using any of the Schoolhouse Widgets in an environment like Desire2Learn where you do not have access to the page stylesheet, you can use inline styling to customize the appearance of the widget: height and width, background, borders, etc.
